The basics
- Additional cardholders. It's free to add additional cardholders.
- Digital wallets. You can use this card with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Gambling transactions. The Bendigo Bank Low Rate Credit card cannot be used to pay for gambling.
Rewards and benefits
- Complimentary travel insurance. This card does not come with complimentary international travel insurance, which is consistent with other low rate credit cards.
- Concierge services. The Bendigo Bank Low Rate Credit Card does not come with a concierge service.
- Rewards points. You cannot earn rewards points with this card.
- Sign up bonus. You won't get any welcome bonus for signing up.
Rates and fees
- Annual fee. This card comes with a $45 annual fee, which is competitive with other cards in its class.
- Balance transfers. 20 months at zero interest is a very competitive offer. Balance transfers attract a 2% fee. Any balance transferred that remains unpaid after the introductory period will revert to the purchase rate of 11.99% p.a.
- Cash advances. You will be charged interest at the cash advance rate of 13.99% p.a. from the date the cash advance was made. For any cash advances you make on this card, you can also be charged a one-off cash advance fee. This is one of the cheapest cash advance rates on Finty.
- Foreign exchange fee. Purchases made in a foreign currency will attract a 3% foreign currency transaction fee.
- Interest-free period. Cardholders have up to 55 days interest-free on purchases. In order to get this interest-free period, the previous balance must have been paid in full by the due date.
- Purchases. There is an introductory offer for 20 months at 0% p.a. on purchases. Any remaining balance after the introductory period ends will attract the standard rate of 11.99% p.a. interest.
