I'm happy with the card I use

Reviewed by Happy Customer

I’m happy with the card i use. Don’t have any complaints about customer services as they are very friendly and helpful. I have the trust in the convenience of online banking and phone banking as well as eftpos and atm outlets. Rates and fees are reasonable and the rewards are ok.

Quite a painful application process

Reviewed by Jean

There was a very long application process. We applied for a joint credit card, and we felt like we were applying for a million dollar loan – they ask you for so much paperwork. We live in Sydney so everything is by regular post and you have to do the ID check via Australia Post, which is also a disaster. They did it wrong twice and Heritage would not accept it, and you have to go back and do it yourself again. I would not recommend the card for this reason.
