  • Digital wallets. Works with Google Pay and Apple Pay. Other digital wallets are not supported.
  • Gambling transactions. Gambling transactions are treated as cash advances.

Rewards and benefits

  • Complimentary travel insurance. Comes with complimentary overseas travel insurance for up to 35 days.
  • Concierge services. 24-hour credit card emergency assistance is available, but that's not to be confused with a concierge service, which is not available.
  • Insurances. This card comes with up to 35 days of overseas travel insurance, up to 90 days of purchase protection, and extended warranty insurance.
  • Rewards points. Turn everyday business spending into 1.25 hotpoints per $1 spent.
  • Sign up bonus. There is no sign up bonus offer on this card right now.

Rates and fees

  • Annual fee. Westpac charges an annual fee of $100 p.a. for this card. Additional cardholders cost extra.
  • Balance transfers. Consolidate debts from non-Westpac cards at 5.95% p.a. for the life of the balance transferred. This can save a significant amount of interest and help with cash flow.
  • Cash advances. Charged at 22.95% p.a. Interest begins to accrue immediately. Westpac do not charge a fee for cash advance fees on this credit card.
  • Foreign exchange fee. This card charges a 2.50% foreign exchange fee for purchases made in a foreign currency, either overseas or online. That's a little higher than what it costs on the typical personal credit card.
  • Interest-free period. Get up to 55 days interest-free on purchases (excluding cash advances) when you have paid your previous balance in full by the due date.
  • Purchases. Cardholders will get an ongoing rate of 20.95% p.a. for purchases. This rate is typical for a business credit card in New Zealand.
