  • Digital wallets. You can use this card with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
  • Gambling transactions. Gambling transactions will be blocked on this and any other Amex card.

Rewards and benefits

  • Complimentary travel insurance. Cardholders get cover for domestic & international business travel up to $350,000 when you pay for your trip with your card.
  • Concierge services. Corporate Gold Card holders can access the Amex Concierge for help with travel, gift ideas, restaurant bookings, and more. This is a particularly useful benefit for when you're on the road.
  • Rewards points. Businesses can earn 1.5 points per $1 spent with the American Express Corporate Gold Card and accumulate points with American Express Membership Rewards. Accumulated points are redeemable for a variety of awards with no limits on the amount of points you can earn.
  • Sign up bonus. The sign up bonus for the American Express Corporate Gold Card is 75,000 Membership Rewards points. To get the points, you need to make at least $10,000 of eligible purchases using the card within 60 days.

Rates and fees

  • Annual fee. The annual fee for this card is $105 p.a. This may be tax deductible.
  • Balance transfers. There is no balance transfer offer for this card, or any other corporate card from Amex.
  • Foreign exchange fee. There is a 3% fee when you make purchases in a foreign currency while overseas or when shopping online.
  • Interest-free period. Get up to 51 days interest-free on purchases.
  • Purchases rate. There is currently no introductory offer on purchases. This is a charge card, meaning interest is not incurred and the balance must be cleared in full every statement.
