Money for nothing

I am a working single mum. My kid’s accounts are with Beyond Bank and I receive child support (reoccurring transaction payments) But, these days I am always getting fees and refused any sort of loan, even after several repaid personal loans with them in the 10+ years I have had an account open.
Accessing statements is impossible

This card used to be my principal day to day credit card, however, I’ve had problems accessing statements as they are only available via internet banking. The internet banking site is limited on smart phone and tablet apps and you can’t access basic information like the minimum payment or the balance that needs to be paid, or the due date. In a world where keeping track of things in our life is complex, I need excellent user interfaces to help me keep on top of it all.
The bank’s security systems work well – I’ve never had so many phone calls alerting me of unusual spending before. So if security is a high priority, this is a good card to consider.
One of the best in a land littered with bad

Overall a decent card in a mess of so many options. I hate dealing with the big banks and the service and support at Beyond Bank is better than most I’ve found. There isn’t a whole lot of difference in rates and fees, so really the difference is in the service.
Happy customer

I required a credit card that I could use online, so I opened what I called a shopping card. There is no money on this card until I loaded it with the amount required. What I do not like about this card, like most of my cards, is that they have become contactless cards. If you lose them or have them stolen, payWave makes it too easy to be used to purchase with.
Low fees, great service

I have had this card for years without any issues. It’s just a basic card that does not overcharge and has great service — no annual fees, no useless points to acquire that give you nothing at all.
I’d much rather deal with a credit union than with one of the big banks any day. There’s better transparency and they don’t try to sell you something you’ll never need.
