What is your profile?
Your profile is associated with your Finty account. It includes things such as your name, address, and income, etc.
Why should I complete my profile?
With a complete profile, you can claim Finty Rewards. Without it, you're missing out on cash that would otherwise be yours.
When can I complete my profile?
Every new account comes with an empty profile by default. You can can complete it at any point after you have created and activated your Finty account.
Is a profile mandatory?
It is possible to use the site and apply for products without an account or a profile. However, if you do not have an account you will not be eligible for Finty Rewards and you will not be able to file a claim for Finty Rewards until your profile is complete.
How is my profile used?
Your profile is used during the Finty Rewards claims process. If you are logged in and have a complete profile, we will customise calculations where possible.
