The Greater is great

Reviewed by Brian Rattray

The interest rate is one of the lowest (9.5%) with no hidden fees. The staff at Greater are only too willing to help with any problems or concerns. We have used this card overseas and all around Australia with no problems at all. We have other cards but prefer to use this one. Internet banking with Greater is a breeze.

Low rate! Great option for a credit card

Reviewed by Peta Andersen

The Greater has great security options. Low rates should be a must on most credit cards. I always pay my interest and more before the due date, and if I couldn’t this card helps keep the costs low. The Greater Building Society credit card is a Visa, which is used in all places!

Trustworthy, and great customer service

Reviewed by jamie

The thing i like best about it is that it’s safe and trustworthy, and a payment won’t process if you are using an untrustworthy site, which is great.

The rates and fees could be quite lower, if you ask me. As well, when having to use other ATMs you have to pay $2.50 to that bank, then monthly fees to the Greater.

All round though, 100% safe and trustworthy bank with great customer service.

Great starter card

Reviewed by Courtney

This bank is a great bank to go with. It’s simple and the set-up is perfect for people just starting, who have never had a card before. It’s the best bank I have used so far. I hope that people who join up like it as much as I do.

A card from a good bank

Reviewed by Cas

I’ve only ever been with one other bank, but since transferring to the Greater I haven’t wanted to leave. They have good interest rates, especially for savers. I definitely recommend opening a Bonus Saver and adding even a few dollars in every month – the reward is well worth it. I wouldn’t transfer to any other bank.

Low fees, good service, no over-limit penalties

Reviewed by Margie

I have been using this card for over ten years now. I don’t pay high monthly fees with it, I’m not penalised if my card becomes overdrawn, and the customer service is always great!

I’m very happy with my Greater Building Society Credit Card and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact I have encouraged all of my children and their partners to also join up with Greater and use their credit cards.
