    Helpful and honest, speedy approval

    Reviewed by Ian

Heritage is very helpful and straight-to-the-point. They don’t leave anything out when explaining the terms and conditions of this credit card. Other places that I have dealt with in the past have not been very honest with their credit cards, but Heritage explained in more detail than I had expected.

The application process was very fast and the approval of the credit card was even faster. Delivery of the credit card in the post was done within two days of being notified that my application was approved.

I have been with Heritage for 16 years and I would not use any other banking facility for anything.

Sort of OK, but better deals available

    Reviewed by Ryan

I have been with Heritage for years. However the lack of ATMs is horrible. Fees are expensive and there are no rewards offered for loyal customers.

Service provided is good and they were quick to call me when they saw I purchased something overseas. This is one of the only reasons I am staying with them.

Shop around. You can get a better deal.
