    The basics

    • Additional cardholders. Request additional cardholders at no extra cost. Share with family and friends to earn more points. The main account holder must manage the account.
    • Digital wallets. Add this card to your phone with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
    • Gambling transactions. Gambling transactions are not allowed on the Bendigo Bank Qantas Platinum card (or any other card issued by Bendigo Bank).

    Rewards and benefits

    • Complimentary travel insurance. International travel insurance is included with the Bendigo Bank Qantas Platinum Credit Card. The policy will be in effect for you, your partner, and dependents on overseas trips that were paid for using the card. The cover is limited to a maximum of 90 consecutive days for a single trip. The maximum number of days covered is 180 days a year, which is more than enough for most people. The policy includes cover for travel delay and cancellation, medical emergency expenses, global hire car excess waiver, domestic flight inconvenience, and more.
    • Concierge services. The Bendigo Bank Qantas Platinum Credit Card does not come with a concierge service.
    • Insurances. In addition to overseas travel insurance, cardholders will have extended warranty insurance, fraud protection, personal item theft cover, price protection insurance, and purchase protection insurance. Cover is in effect when eligible items were purchased using the card.
    • Rewards points. If you're looking for rewards and flexibility in a card, this credit card could be for you. You can earn 0.6 Qantas points on all eligible purchases. A cap of 20,000 points per statement period applies. Considering you would have to spend more than $30,000 before the cap would take effect, the cap won't affect most people. ATO payments do not earn points. Annual fees, balance transfers, cash advances, and fees do not earn points either.
    • Sign up bonus. The Bendigo Bank Qantas Platinum Credit card does not offer a sign-up bonus. If you want a big one-off boost for your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you might be interested in a different card with a welcome bonus.

    Rates and fees

    • Cash advances. If you use your card to withdraw cash you will incur interest at the rate of 21.99% p.a. from the date of the cash advance or the date your cash is accessed. An additional one-off fee applies on cash advances.
    • Foreign exchange fee. Transactions made in a foreign currency, whether online or while travelling abroad, will incur a 3% foreign exchange fee.
