Talking with The Daily Mail, Gwyneth starts the day early by working out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, with whom she has been training for over a decade and is also an investor in her company, Goop. Founded in 2008 as a weekly email newsletter, Goop developed into a website and then an e-commerce site with its products, a magazine, podcast, wellness summits, and even a Netflix docuseries.
Following the daily workout, the mother-of-two revealed she enjoys some time in her private sauna while sipping celery juice and reading a book.
After the detoxing sauna, Paltrow says, "I always followed up with a nice outdoor shower, which is one of my favorite places in the whole house. My shower is full of clean beauty products."
Paltrow then heads to her favorite supermarket, Erewhon, to grab an "amazing green smoothie" before heading to the Goop offices and starting her work day.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, she divulges, "I'm not a big breakfast person," Instead, Paltrow drinks a tumbler full of GoopGlow, a "superpowder" that revitalizes the skin with vitamin C and other antioxidants. "I'm obsessed with that stuff," she says. "It's like my morning kind of orange juice."
Paltrow eats protein-packed meals such as a "really clean version of a turkey burger" wrapped in lettuce or jicama tacos, aligning with the clean eating habits promoted by her lifestyle brand Goop.
However, she does succumb to the afternoon snack time slump and grabs cashews, pretzels, or "something salty and crunchy" from the Goop office snack cupboard to hold her over until dinner. Paltrow drinks a cup of green tea in the afternoon to help her stay focused until the end of the workday.
