Best known for performing in the British boy band One Direction, followed by his successful solo career, Harry Styles is committed to maintaining his wellness.
Harry’s daily routine focuses on maintaining his health and happiness through exercise, relaxation, and self-care practices.
Scroll down for a closer look at a typical day in his life and some of the unique techniques he uses to stay healthy and happy.
- Harry Styles prioritizes mental health and well-being through daily meditation, therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
- He incorporates exercise, a primarily plant-based diet, and relaxation into his daily routine for overall wellness.
- He takes care of himself physically and mentally, especially on tour, by getting ample sleep and nutrient-rich IV injections.
Harry Styles begins his day with meditation to help him wake up and feel more centered. While chatting to WalesOnline, he says, “Meditation just brings a stillness that has been beneficial, I think, for my mental health.”
He also enjoys coffee and reading before heading out for a run to get some fresh air and sunshine.
Exercise is a six-day-a-week commitment for Harry, and he likes to mix things up with a combination of running, yoga, and Pilates. He told Vogue, “I’ve got very tight hamstrings—trying to get those open.”
According to the lifestyle blog, My Imperfect Life, Styles keeps his mental health in check with therapy and meditation twice daily.
He also makes time for work, whether working on new music or finding ways to stay busy. In his free time, Harry likes to watch movies with his friends and try his hand at cooking, especially soup.
In the evenings, Harry Styles makes time for relaxation and self-care. He practices meditation and mindfulness techniques and even worked with Calm’s meditation app to record a bedtime story called “Dream With Me.”
Cryotherapy and a primarily plant-based diet have been incorporated into his wellness routine. He credits meditation as the key to balancing everything.
While on tour, Styles is said to get “10 hours of sleep a night, IV injections pumping him with nutrients and vitamins, a strict acid-reflux-conscious diet — the GERD/Silent Reflux diet — that cuts out coffee, alcohol, and certain foods that affect the throat.”
In an interview with Rolling Stone, he also revealed that the first thing he did after stepping offstage each night was to shower. He said, “It’s really unnatural to stand in front of that many people and have that experience. Washing it off, you’re just a naked person, in your most vulnerable, human form. Just like a naked baby, basically.”
