The stunning actress and entrepreneur Kate Hudson is known for her successful Hollywood career and age-defying beauty.

Kate Hudson is a morning person through and through. She tells Marie Claire, “I find it really hard to sleep past eight—like, ever. Seven is the normal time I wake up, sometimes earlier.” No grabbing her phone the minute she opens her eyes. She lets herself daydream, looks out the window, and gets her thoughts together. She believes in meditation and tries to get in a good 15 minutes daily as a calming start to her day.
Kate gently exfoliates her face with a cloth and water because soaps make her skin “all dull and weird.” Then I’ll do all my serums. She tests makeup like it’s going out of style and has even formulated these serums and moisturizers in collaboration with Juice Beauty. Kate says, “They all do different things for my skin when it needs it.”
So how does Kate keep her body trim and sleek? Her secret, she says, is “I need to be moving every day to feel good. Even just making time for a quick movement every day – using a treadmill, going for a walk, some Pilates, or if I have more time, I love doing hot yoga.” Unlike some of us, she’s a “... take-the-stairs-don’t-take-the-elevator kind of person."
Also, in the Marie Claire interview, Kate revealed, “After a workout, I’ll do a protein shake—and I’ll load it.” That involves adding coconut water, vanilla, and berries to her Beauty Aura protein shake. She is also a huge proponent of supplementing with minerals and vitamins. However, in an InBloom interview, Hudson starts her day with a cup of coffee followed by a glass of celery juice, and that breakfast is her favorite meal. She prefers eating soft-boiled eggs with bacon or scrambled egg whites with sausage and spinach. We’re sure she rings the changes.
A common theme in most celebrities’ routines is hydration; Kate is no exception. She prioritizes four primary sources of hydration: lemon water, celery juice, black coffee, and a smoothie containing the non-negotiable InBloom Immunity Defense.
