Mornings
Like so many famous personalities, Kendall Jenner starts her day early. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she revealed that she has become an “early bird”, telling the magazine that she likes “getting up early and feeling productive before lunch.” Unsurprisingly, she says the first thing she does is to check her phone: “Instagram is my favorite app”.
When she’s done scrolling through the albums on Instagram and checking in with other apps, Kendall works out. According to Wellness Warrior, she steers clear of fad workouts. Instead, she focuses on keeping things simple by “being active and keeping busy.” She switches up her workout routine, not only to focus on different areas but to also keep things interesting. The activities she partakes in vary and can include running, kickboxing, Pilates, swimming, free weights, and more.
After her workout, she eats a healthy breakfast, which can include things like avocado and eggs, oatmeal, and detox tea. Once she’s all fueled up, she starts getting ready for her day.
Afternoons
Kendall Jenner’s afternoons are usually jam-packed. She has a variety of obligations, so what her afternoon activities entail varies from day-to-day, and depends on what’s on her schedule. With that said, photoshoots and meetings are often a part of her routine. Because she is such an in-demand model, she also spends time prepping for and participating in fashion shows.
By about noon, she’s ready for lunch. In her Harper’s Bazaar interview, she revealed that she usually eats a quick lunch, which typically includes “lean chicken and brown rice.” She also said that she is “always snacking on raw veggies with dip and hummus.” In that same interview, she said that she wishes that she had more time for grocery shopping because she enjoys selecting her own produce.
Evenings
After a hectic day, Jenner prefers to spend her time unwinding, and while sometimes, she does get the opportunity to kick back and relax, often, she has evening commitments.
Prepping for and attending red carpet appearances, fashion shows, parties, and other events are all a regular part of this young star’s regular evening routine. She also spends a lot of time doing interviews.
When she does get the chance to relax, Kendall likes to keep things simple. She’ll sport some casual, comfy attire, hang out with her siblings and friends, watch movies, play games, laugh, and munch on snacks (according to Healthline, she tries to stick to healthy options, like raw veggies and hummus, guacamole, and chips, and peanut butter, though she does enjoy the occasional candy bar), check and update her socials.
Needless to say, Kendall Jenner leads a very active life. In just a few short years – and at such a young age – she has amassed much success and has earned a great deal of fame, and you can bet that keeping a regimented schedule helped play a part in her success.
