Since he decided to step back from his role as a royal, Harry has made some significant changes in his life.
Harry and Meghan moved their family to Southern California, after which his daily routine changed dramatically. Rather than attending royal engagements and functions, Harry now spends much of his time outdoors with his family. He does a lot of interviews and invests a lot of time in charitable commitments and working on his company, Archwell Productions.
Needless to say, while Prince Harry no longer has royal duties to uphold, his days are just as full now as they were in his previous life. Still, he has made some big changes to his daily routine. Here’s a snapshot of Harry’s daily activities.
Inside a day in the life of Prince Harry
Mornings
Harry tends to wake up early in the morning so that he can enjoy his day to the fullest.
According to Hello Magazine, “Harry used to love lying in, but he’s up super early with Meghan, and the first thing he says he does is a workout, then he has a green juice.”
He’s very into self-care. After living such a high-profile and often stressful existence for so long, that’s understandable. Yoga is central to Harry’s self-care, as the practice is known to promote mindfulness and can be quite grounding.
After a good workout and his green juice, Harry gets cleaned up and enjoys breakfast with his wife and their two children. After breakfast, he’ll tend to personal matters, such as answering emails, making phone calls, and figuring out what he has to get done.
Afternoons
In the afternoons, Harry will have lunch with his family. He’ll then attend affairs, which vary from between days. He may check in with his production company, attend a meeting, or put in some volunteer time with the charitable organizations that he heads or with which he is associated.
Throughout the afternoon, he’ll take the time to continue his self-care mission; for example, he may do a few yoga poses, meditate, spend time in nature, or get in a workout.
Evenings
Just like the afternoons, Harry’s evening routine varies daily. He may make an appearance on a talk show, sharing updates about life since he stepped down. He may also attend events, such as dinners, galas, and premiers.
Of course, he also makes spending time with his family a top priority. The foursome will enjoy supper together, they’ll play, take walks, and read, and Harry and Meghan will often spend some quality time together, just kicking back and relaxing.
