Mornings
In an interview, Sydney Sweeney told Bustle she washes her hair “every day, or it feels oily,” using Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Her face gets a good scrub with a Caudalie exfoliator and an Aveeno cleanser.
After showering, Sydney tells us the secret of her satin skin, “I put on SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier and C E Ferulic, and then I put on this French cream, Embryolisse Lait Crème Concentré, and then EltaMD Sunscreen.
Sydney fuels her morning “with berries. Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast with cinnamon sugar and honey butter.”
Mad about her dog, Sydney tries hard to give both of them a workout and says, “We’ll do a two-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can. If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”
“The Handmaid’s Tale” actress stays hydrated with lots of water throughout the day. She says, “I only drink water—for whatever reason; when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water, and I just stuck with it. I love water; it’s my thing.” Together with her skincare routine, her skin is fantastic.
Afternoons
For lunch, Sydney opts for a much healthier and light meal than her previous diet of pizza. “It started with my favorite restaurant in California, Wally’s. They have this amazing meat and cheese platter,” she told Story + Train.
She’s not one to shy away from physically strenuous activities, such as training with her MMA trainer and doing crunches and other exercises.
She enjoys water and snow skiing in her spare time in her busy filming schedule.
Evenings
In the evenings, Sydney enjoys a dinner of fish or chicken, veggies, and a grain, often cooked in truffle oil. She admits her guilty pleasure: “I’ll have a bath night. I put on a face mask and a lip mask, add some bubbles, play classical music, light some candles, and just try to relax. I also love reading.”
Bustle extracted a last bit of advice from the wholesome star. “Regarding makeup, less is more. And wear sunscreen every day.”
