The son of an Argentinian cleaner and factory worker, Lionel Messi has come a long way from his meager beginnings. Football appealed to him as a child, and he was constantly practicing and honing his skills. His hard work certainly paid off.
Many consider Lionel — who is also often referred to as “Leo” — the best football player in the world. He is also regarded as one of the best football players of all time and also one of the richest.
Over the course of his career, Messi has claimed virtually every award the football world offers, including multiple Ballon d’Or and European Golden Shoes. He was named on the Ballon d”or Dream Team, an all-time, all-star team that was published by France Football in 2020. He’s won umpteen trophies and league titles in his career.
Football isn’t the only thing that Lionel is passionate about; he’s just as adoring of his partner, Antonela Roccuzza, whom he has known since he was five and has been in a relationship with since 2008, and their three young sons.
Between his duties as a father, and all of the practice and games, it’s safe to assume that Lionel Messi has a pretty jam-packed schedule. Wondering how he juggles it all and what else, besides football, he might do with his time? Is it similar to other top footballers such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar? Keep on reading for an overview of a day in the life of one of the most renowned and decorated football players of all time.
