Dr. Oz first started out as a physician in a government hospital in Turkey. He went to the US for his residency and was accepted in 1995.
Doctor Oz finished his residency in Cleveland and then moved to Atlanta for training.
Later, he moved to Delaware to train other doctors.
He is a highly trained cardiac surgeon, and he also happens to be a noteworthy TV personality. In 2003 launched a show with his wife called – Second Opinion with Dr. Oz. It only lasted for a single season, but it was enough to introduce Oz to the world, and to Oprah.
